    I'll start off by saying I'm a pretty reasonable person. It takes a LOT for me to go online and leave a 1-star review. It's been a week since their "insured" driver hit my legally parked, unoccupied vehicle. The police and my insurance company both said I was 0% at fault. I'm careful. I have a clean driving record. I'm not forking over my insurance deductible because of someone else's stupidity. I refuse! So I called to check on the claim 3 days ago, as I had not heard from anyone, and my car is not safe to drive. I navigated through the eternal automated system and eventually got a live person - the rude operator. When I (calmly, politely) told her my issue (and I had EVERY reason to be belligerent), she - exasperated sounding, and so annoyed with my simple question - transferred me to customer service. From there, I waited on hold for 30 minutes until I finally gave up because I had to go back to work. I called again later, with the same result. Now that the weekend is over, I will likely spend my Monday off on hold all day trying to get a live person. Stay away. Stay far, far away! I pity anyone who gets into an accident with one of their "insured." This has by far been the WORST customer service experience I've ever had.

    I wish I could have picked 0 stars. I will highly recommend you DO NOT use travelers home insurance. They denied my brother home insurance because he has a dog that is part pit bull. Little do they know this dog is the epitome of sweet loving and kind. I will be sharing this story with every person I know.

    Jason and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. It is never easy hiring a lawyer and law firms can be very intimidating but they always made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Jason.

    If you are looking for a good Insurance company. You are totally in the right place, actually they are more than a simple insurance company, they are a judges company as well! So once they judge your voice as not masculine or feminine enough they won’t assist you at all! Actually they will hang up on you! AWESOME RIGHT?! If you need to solve your problem quickly get ready to wait more than 40 minutes on hold! And, to finish, if you’re looking forward to speak with a nice customer service crew, you better call the next insurance company on your list because the American independent insurance company provides you the worse customer service crew you will ever talked with!
