  We lived there for 5 years, it's a really nice place to live and apartments are new and well maintained. It is in a good school district which was a big advantage for us. What I would like to highlight though is their exit policy and the way they charge the tenants. Even after leaving the apartment in good condition, they still charged us for all sorts of stuff and what ticked me off the most was charge for the whole carpet replacement! When we moved in the carpet was already 3-4 years old, so wasn't new at that time. We got the carpet steam cleaned before handing over and it was in good condition except the normal wear and tear that one would expect after 5 years, they still levied the charge on us as it was anyway time for them to replace it. Also, I had apartment cleaned by professionals and they still charged me for cleaning over again. This really soured my good experience living there and when I checked with some other folks I know who lived there, they had the same exit experience. The apartment rent is pretty high and there are charges for regular maintenance like changing the fire alarm batteries (cost of batteries) and all, one would think apt would take care of that. Overall, I really think they should review their policy on exit charges and be fair.
