  I can't say enough positive things about Bern! The process of buying my first house was so scary and intimidating. But Bern walked me through it every step of the way! She was so supportive! She educated me about different home issues and pointed out things to consider about each house. She also gave me ideas for upgrades I could make or what was involved in updating certain things. Not having owned a home before, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and I really valued all the information she gave me. She was very emotionally supportive and was always available and responsive to answer any of my questions. She knew I was looking in a certain area for a long time so she made sure to keep an eye out for me. As soon as something went on the market that met my criteria, she called me right away. Also, she is just one of the nicest, sweetest, most caring people you'll ever meet!
